Ganz oben in der Timeline findest du alle Event Tage und kannst beliebig zwischen diesen wechseln.
You can switch back and forth between the individual event days at the top of your timeline.
Neue Programmpunkte kannst du über das "+" oben rechts, oder über das markieren der Timeline erstellen.
Programmpunkte kannst du über den Stift-Icon bearbeiten und über das Mülleimer Symbol löschen.
In den Detaileinstellungen kannst du Titel, Beschreibung, Zeiten, Event-Typ und die Gruppenzuteilung verwalten.
You can create new programme points either by clicking on the "+" in the top right-hand corner or by marking the timeline.
You can edit programme items via the pencil icon and delete them via the trash icon.
In the detail settings, you can manage the title, description, times, event type and group assignments.
The speakers must be linked to the corresponding programme items via "Contacts>Speakers" and are not manually controllable via the "Programme" function.
Die gruppenspezifische Einteilung der Programmpunkte ist für die Nutzung der virtuellen Plattform essenziell. Die Teilnehmer bekommen auf connect nur den jeweiligen Inhalt Ihrer zugewiesenen Gruppe ausgespielt.
Parallel programme items are displayed under each other on the event website.
The group-specific organisation of the programme items is essential for the use of the virtual platform. The participants only receive the respective content of their group.
Parallel laufende Programmpunkte werden auf der Eventwebsite untereinander dargestellt.
Parallel scheduled events will be displayed under each other on the event website.
Die Referenten müssen über "Kontakte>Referenten" mit den entsprechenden Programmpunkten verknüpft werden und sind über die Funktion "Programm" nicht mehr manuell steuerbar.

Einen neuen Referenten legst du über das "+" an.
Um einen Referenten erfolgreich zu speichern müssen Vorname, Nachname und Profilbild hinterlegt sein.
Referenten müssen noch einmal als Kontakte angelegt werden, falls sie Moderatoren-Rechte und/oder E-Mail Kommunikation erhalten sollen.

For successfully saving a speaker, the first name, surname and profile picture must be stored.
Speakers must be created again as contacts if they should receive moderator rights and/or e-mail communication.
Auf der rechten Seite oben kannst du alle Social Media Kanäle verlinken
Auf der rechten Seite in der Mitte kannst du die Referenten per drop down mit den entsprechenden Programmpunkten verbinden.
Auf der rechten Seite unten kannst du ein Titelbild hochladen. Dieses erscheint auf der virtuellen Plattform beim Speaker als Header.

Sobald du den Location Name in der Suchleiste eintippst, werden dir automatische Google Vorschläge gemacht.
Lege eine "Hauptlocation" fest.
Mehrere Locations können über doppelte Location Bausteine auf der Website dargestellt werden.
In diesem Textfeld kannst du derLocation auch noch eine manuelle Beschreibung beifügen. Dieser wird auf der Event Website abgebildet.
